Site Supervisor Full Time

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee and supervise the daily activities of landscaping maintenance and site operations, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications. The Site Supervisor will lead field teams, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality maintenance of ornamental plants and landscaping features. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of landscaping projects and meeting client expectations.

Job Accountabilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee and manage all site activities related to landscaping maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Field Team Management: Supervise field teams, providing guidance, support, and ensuring effective collaboration on site. Ensure the team follows safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for landscaping tasks, including pruning, irrigation system management, pest control, and the care of ornamental plants.
• Ornamental Plant Care: Ensure the correct maintenance practices are followed for ornamental plants, trees, and shrubs, providing guidance on best practices for growth, health, and appearance.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of work being performed on-site, ensuring all landscaping activities align with project specifications, client expectations, and company standards.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, addressing any concerns or requests regarding the landscaping work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations on the site. Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Additional certifications or training in landscaping, horticulture, or site management is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in landscaping or relevant projects.
• Proven experience in managing field teams and overseeing maintenance activities on landscaping projects.
