Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
– Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.

2. Supply Chain Management
– Manage inventory levels to meet the needs of AUS.
– Work with various departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement.
– Develop supply chain strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
3. Quality Control and Compliance
– Ensure procurement meets quality standards and specifications.
– Stay abreast of industry trends and compliance requirements.
– Resolve issues related to quality of goods or services.
4. Financial Management
– Analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities.
– Manage procurement-related budgets.
– Evaluate and improve supplier performance.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
– Provide advice on procurement strategies and best practices.
– Facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal teams.
