1) Contract Management
a. Draft RFPs, SOW, KPIs, manpower plan budget, etc. for contract finalization
b. Review tenders and prepare an objective report
c. Renew contract as per agreed conditions and timeline
2) Supplier Management
a. Monitory day-to-day scope of works compliances
b. Monitor and investigate policy & process compliance
c. Investigate and guide suppliers or nay discrepant issues. Ensure these are legally
correct and in line with organization policy and practices
d. Monitor HR reports of suppliers, flagging performance gaps.
3) HR Policies and & Process
a. Research industry practice, study relevant Labour Laws, understand
organization practices
b. Draft policies/ amendment in policies
c. Draft memos to branches/ Suppliers
d. Daft HR processes and monitor its implementation
e. Facilitate implementations on Information Management System
f. Guide Suppliers on implementation of Organization policies and any
amendments
g. Update policy / process manual
h. Prepare budget for various contracts, ensure its accuracy and compliance
i. Review structural changes proposed by branches and give HR feedback
4) Invoice
a. Review invoices to ensure its accurate
b. Ensure the invoices are adhering to the SOW compliance
c. Ensure all payouts have been made as per the signed contracts
d. Ensure invoices reflect organization policy compliance
e. Impose KPI fines where applicable
5) HR Operation
a. Provide HR guidance and mentoring support the HR team to facilitate efficient
day-to-day functioning
6) HR Projects
a. Participate proactively in any other HR projects that may be assigned
Operations exposure, Leading a dept/ unit, Labour Law handling are desirable.
Advanced level hands-on experience is a must. Programming knowledge is desirable.
