Job Description

    1. To attend to the customer clarifications with regard to billing.
    1. To ensure that the patients with bills are immediately attended.
    1. To ensure that the patients are duly informed about the estimated cost of the medicines/ items before generating the bill.
    1. To ensure that the bills are generated as per the prescribed tariffs and bill mode.
    1. To ensure that the due authorizations are available for the credit, free, discounts, refunds, staff, cancelled and pending bills.
    1. To be responsible for any short / excess/ non billing.
    1. To report to the management if any variation is noted in collection / billing due to technical or any other reasons.
    2. To ensure that the signature of the patients are obtained in the refund slips in case of refunds.
    3. To ensure that the collections are duly remitted along with the summary and internal receipts for the same are obtained.
    4. To be responsible for the proper maintenance of the records.
    5.  To ensure that no cheques are received without due authorizations from the Manager.
    6.  Any other responsibility as deemed fit from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

    1. Qualification    : Plus two or above preferred with bachelors degree in accounting
    2. Skill set            :  Active and good inter personal skills.
  1.        3. Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
