Overview of the role:

• Ensure timely documentation, clearance, and supply of all vehicle imports through Abu Dhabi ports in order to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets,  and to ensure that all reports related to fuel consumption (AL Futtaim Logistics Fleet and new units) and port clearance be submitted on time.

What you will do:

• Ensures that Fuel Consumption Reports (AL Futtaim Logistics Fleet and new units) be prepared and submitted on time.
• Ensures the timely clearance of all vehicles required and that they are supplied to customers on time.
• Provides assistance to the Senior Customs Administrator for the timely processing of B/E and duty payment-related documents
• Works together with the Senior Customs Administrator to maintain effective coordination with internal and external customers to assist them in achieving their set goals and objectives.
• Maintains records for fueling of AFL Fleet and new vehicles and ensures that all new vehicles are filled with fuel as per customer requirements, and that Fuel Cards are being used efficiently.  Any noted discrepancies/misuse of fuel/cards should be reported to management immediately.
• Assists the Senior Customs Administrator in the preparation of statements for submission to the Regional Operations Manager on monthly basis.
• Assists the Senior Customs Administrator in the preparation of requirements for the processing of staff customs/port passes.

About the Team:

• Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible to ensure timely documentation, clearance, and supply of all vehicle imports through Abu Dhabi ports in order to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets,  and to ensure that all reports related to fuel consumption (AL Futtaim Logistics Fleet and new units) and port clearance be submitted on time.

• 2 years’ experience in a similar field
• Valid category 3 driver’s licens
