Job Purpose:

This position will support JANZ/EM segment and countries marketing teams and BUX team in building forecasts, validating forecast assumptions, and consolidating business cases for new opportunities (Internal & External opportunities).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with JANZ/EM marketing team to build and validated inline products forecasts.
• Work closely with BUX team to validate and consolidate new opportunities forecasts.
• Support BUX team business assessment function through the process of building business cases for different GHG initiatives.
• Support screening process for newly identified opportunities and its scalability.
• Be the point of contact for forecasting trainings and developments initiatives.
• Lead the process of building proper patient forecasting web-based tool in collaboration with Analytics team.
• Initiate JANZ/EM market scan efforts to identify new opportunities using internal resources and external platforms.
• Work closely with Launch excellence team to support forecast assumptions’ validation.
• This position will be reporting to JANZ/EM Business Excellence Head.
• Work as SME with country marketing teams in validating assumption around forecasting for new TAs.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous roles in Sales, Marketing, and operations are preferred.
• Knowledge of different forecasting models and analytical skills needed.
• Medical and pharmaceutical background is a must, master’s degree in business is preferred.
• Understand the market dynamics with ability to read and interpret trend into future impact on forecasts.
• This position needs a special leadership skill to lead without authority, and ability to resolve conflicts in business effectively.
• Expertise in company TAs and new TAs (GI, Derm, & Ophthalmology) is a plus.
